Dark Chocolate and Banana Sundae
This no-dairy sundae is a deliciously sin-free dessert.
- 4 large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2 oz. dark chocolate (60% to 70 % cacao)
- 4 cherries, divided
- Freeze bananas, 3 hours. Pulse in food processor until smooth, stirring often.
- Melt dark chocolate. Divided bananas among 4 bowls; drizzle with chocolate and top each with 1 cherry.
